Arrived today with my best friends to get a wedding dress and left with not only a stunning wedding dress that made the bride look and feel gorgeous, but also feeling overjoyed with the quality of service. The lady who served us was so kindhearted and truly made the whole experience memorable, her dresses are top notch and her store is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, truly gave us such a welcoming and supportive environment anyone would love to have. She deserves 5 stars for the experience she helped create, i will cherish the photos we took at the end and the time we spent toghether forever. If you're looking for a wedding dress and unsure of where to shop or what to get or want a place private for you and your family/friends to look for dresses definitely go here, the dresses here are so gorgeous and she will really bring you out of your shell, you'll look like a princess and feel like one too. From the very start Fleur was and is amazing. Being a plus size, i was cautious about getting a wedding dress and Fleur made me feel soooo special. It was an unexpected wonderful experience. Brilliant choice of dresses, and i just knew when i put on 'the one'. Fleur even indulged me in playing a prank on my Irish and English mum. I went to lots of different places and kept coming back to Fleur. Outstanding service... And the laughs we had i will never forget. I wore my wedding dress 4 times! I knew i wanted to tailor my wedding dress afterwards and i was really pleased with the results, so my enjoyment of the dress continues on! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, a warm, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. Fleur was so lovely and kind and put my sister at ease who was quite nervous at the beginning. She took the time to find out all about her and what she dreamed of gown wise. All the dresses were absolutely stunning and we struggled to limit them down but with the help of Fleur we managed to limit it down and my sister finally said yes to the dress. Iv been today for my wedding dress trial and after visiting other shops I must say this has been the best experience Iv ever had I loved every minute of it! And the dress choice is amazing there was so many to choose from and in realistic sizes too, so happy I found my dress here 😘

What an amazing experience with Fleur! She made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through her door with her bubbly friendly welcoming personality. Nothing was to much and there was a lovely collection of all styles and I chose my beautiful wedding dress from her and my big day was 16th November 2024 and made my day as I had the dress of my dreams and felt like a princess. I used Elsie May Bridal for the dress cleaning service and although I didn’t buy my dress from Fleur (only because I’m not from Lichfield and hadn’t heard of the shop) I am so incredibly lucky to have found out about the dress cleaning! Fleur was extremely kind and helpful and couldn’t have been anymore welcoming. I can only imagine how wonderful she is helping you to select your dress but if you’re considering a dress cleaning, absolutely use this lovely lady! My dress and veil have come back perfectly box and presented. Thank you x

Elsie may bridal was the second shop I visited in helping me find my wedding dress, although I have found my one in a different shop I wanted to leave Fleur a review as she is amazing! Such a beautiful friendly lady, we visited at 5pm after work and we didn’t leave until past 7.30pm and although it was late not once did I feel rushed. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, we chatted so much, she makes you feel so comfortable. Such a lovely experience in your pink boutique. Thank you so much ❤️

When I first booked my appointment back in Aug 2022, I had such a quick response from Fleur compared with other bridal shops I had been in touch with. I didn’t get to meet Fleur at my first appointment but her lovely colleague assisted us with trying on a selection of dresses and it was the last dress her colleague chose that I said yes to. I booked a follow up appointment with Fleur to make sure it was the one and to officially say yes. Fleur was an absolute delight, so funny and friendly and made the whole process relaxing. She really knows how to make you feel special and was just as excited about my big day as I was. She even recommended me a brilliant seamstress to do the alterations on my dress. When I went back to collect my dress in April 2023 she was so welcoming to my mum, my bridesmaids and I and also gave us some great tips on how to look after the dress and a tutorial for my bridesmaids on how to get me into the dress on the day. Thank you to Fleur and her team for helping pick my dress, which was so beautiful and perfect for my big day in July 2023. I have been singing your praises to friends and family, recommending Elsie May for their dress when it’s their turn. Oh and my Mum says hi 😅

I initially booked a bridal appointment with Elsie May Bridal but ended up finding my dress before I visited. However I wanted to write a review just to say how sweet and helpful Fleur was on messages. Went here today with my friends, one of which is getting married next year and wanted to get an idea of dresses etc. This place is brilliant, made our time there very personal and was a very beautiful experience. Highly recommend coming here for your big day dress needs.

Fleur is incredible! I had 6 months to plan my wedding and met Fleur at my venue as I was having a wobble at so little time to plan everything and get my dream dress... well I had no need to worry! Fleur was amazing from start to finish. She found me the perfect dress a week before Christmas and arranged for it to be cleaned extra quick so I could get it altered within 10 weeks for my big day! Fleur has such a big heart and amazing personality and is a diamond! I even went back to my venue to a wedding fayre just to say thank you! She makes everyone feel so comfortable and any concerns or body doubts you have just fade away when she puts you in your dream dress!

Fleur is the most wonderful person I’ve met whilst shopping for my dream dress. She makes you feel so welcome as soon as you step foot in the shop. Fleur is the most beautiful person inside and out who really enhanced my experience of wedding dress shopping experience. She welcomes EVERYBODY and really caters the experience to allow you to feel so comfortable. She was so considerate to girls who have less confidence in their bodies and I needed this and INSTANTLY felt at ease. the shop has the most beautiful range of dresses and I loved every second of it!
